The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that for reservations done for more than 4 rooms, different policies apply, and the payment of the full reservation must be made after reservation.

An environment fee of $31.12 MXN pesos per night isincluded and must be paid at check-in.

Please note room service is only available for "Royal Elite" guests, as well as in the Signature eco rooms.

Sandos Caracol Room Service - Service will be provided from 10 am to 10 pm, starting August 16, 2024.

Please note that Lirios Restaurant has a temporary closure from November 4th to 11th for replacement of air conditioning pipes, maintenance of furniture and decoration.
